Targeted Grout Injection works by pumping a polyurethane resin through a 3/8" port to seal leaks and fill the voids that have opened up behind the wall. Because the ground behind a seawall is almost always wet and often below the waterline, we use a hydrophobic grout formulated specifically for those conditions — low viscosity, a high expansion rate, and the ability to cure underwater without diluting. Once injected, it expands to fill voids and repels water rather than being washed away by it, and it holds its strength and size across changing moisture conditions.
The resin we use, Prime Flex 910, cures into a rock-hard, waterproof mass without any digging or excavation. It's certified under NSF/ANSI standards for use around potable water, so there's no question about it being safe near a canal or waterway.
